Grupo Datora uses Cookies to enable better technical functioning of its websites, to identify certain browsing preferences set by users, to collect information about users in order to provide a better browsing experience, optimal content visibility, and to monitor website performance, language preferences, page visits, and dwell time.
4 – Description
4.1 – What are cookies for?
Cookies allow the recognition of computers that access Grupo Datora’s websites, applications, or platforms and track user browsing of displayed content, in order to personalize it according to each client’s profile, adapting, for example, language and location.
Although cookies can store personal data such as IP and e-mail, if user-provided, their main purpose is to manage access-related information and ensure performance and usability of the website, application, or platform.
Cookies may also be used to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow understanding of how users use these digital platforms, as well as to enhance their structures and content. Because they are anonymous statistics, Grupo Datora does not use personal user identification via this data.
Their use is common and typical on any digital platform or medium. Their use does not impair in any way the functioning or performance of the devices on which they are stored (computers, smartphones, tablets).
4.2 – What type of cookies do we use?
Grupo Datora uses two types of cookies: Session cookies and persistent cookies:
- Session cookies: are temporary cookies that remain stored until the user leaves the site or closes the browser or application.
- Persistent cookies: are cookies that remain stored on the user’s access device until they are deleted. The duration that a cookie remains on the device depends on its “lifetime” and the browser’s settings. Cookies (session or persistent) can be categorized according to their function:
- Strictly necessary cookies: are essential for the functioning of the site. They allow both navigation on the website and use of the applications, as well as obtaining authorization to access secure areas of the website. Without these cookies, the required services cannot be provided for the proper functioning of the platforms.
- Analytical Cookies: collect information about how users use the site. They collect anonymous statistical data in order to analyze the use of the digital platform and its performance, to improve its functioning.
- Functionality cookies: are used to ensure the provision of additional features of the digital platforms or to store the user’s preferences when using the platform on the same device. Such cookies allow Grupo Datora to offer better and more personalized functionalities.
- Advertising cookies: direct advertising based on the user’s interests, helping measure the success of applications and the effectiveness of third-party advertising. Grupo Datora may engage advertising companies (third-party) to display ads for the benefit of website visitors. These third-party companies may collect cookies to optimize ad delivery according to users’ interests.
Below, Grupo Datora presents the main cookies used on our websites, applications, and platforms, reserving the right to change (adopt new ones, internal or third-party, or discontinue use) at any time:

- “trf.src”: Rdstation’s cookie intended to list all the pages a visitor accessed within the domain.
